The brand name Upside Down originates from the Jordanian dish Makloubeh. Literally translated Makloubeh means Upside Down. The Rice dish will be delivered in a bowl with lid. As shown below, remove the lid from the bowl and place your plate Upside Down on the bowl and then turn the plate together with the bowl around, so your plate will be on the table. Remove the bowl and enjoy your delightful surprise.
